Initial Assessment

During the initial one-hour client appraisal, I’ll speak about you, your goals and how we can help you to achieve them

With an action plan agreed and your ideal package selected, we’ll proceed to a regular payment arrangement

Your Plan

Following an assessment of your three-day food diary, weight, body measurements, and progress photographs; I’ll analyse the data using our advanced software. I’ll then provide you with a bespoke nutrition plan to include calories, macronutrient targets, nutrient timing, supplement recommendations, 7-day meal plan, and the other features unique to your plan
